With nearly three decades of experience in real property matters, Mike A. Klonaris has become an expert in this field of law, and regularly acts for HNW and UHNW in acquisitions and sales of high-end real estate in Lyford Cay, Old Fort Bay, Albany and throughout The Bahamas. He has represented hotel and property developers on New Providence and the family islands, leading lending institutions, acted as legal counsel to various property owners and condominium associations, and sits on an advisory board to the Bahamian Government concerning real property matters.

He has extensive experience in all commercial matters, immigration matters and estate planning.

Mr. Klonaris attended high school at St. George's School, Newport, Rhode Island, studied English and Business at Vanderbilt University (BA), read law at the University of Buckingham (LLB Hons) and Bar Course preparation the University of Westminster, London.
